Punishment of the crime

1. Defendant A is a person who operates a sexual traffic business with the trade name “E” on the third floor of Songpa-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government D.

From July 20, 2016 to October 4, 2016, the Defendant: (a) installed eight rooms that are able to engage in similar sexual intercourse; and (b) installed an Internet site such as beds, marina, diesel, water shoot, mouth cleanliness, etc.; and (c) reported the advertisement of the Internet site such as “F”, “G”, etc.; (d) received 50,000 to 130,000 won from many unspecified male customers, who are female employees of sexual traffic, and had H, I, and J, etc., do a similar sexual intercourse by using part of body, such as mouth, hand, etc., within the said room.

Accordingly, the defendant arranged sexual traffic for business purposes.

2. From July 27, 2016 to August 18, 2016, Defendant B: (a) received KRW 2,00,000 per month from the said A at the said establishment; (b) received money from customers who found the establishment; and (c) provided guidance to H, I, etc., female employees of sexual traffic, and clean up the inside of the establishment, thereby aiding and abetting A’s business of arranging sexual traffic by performing the management affairs of the Do and the establishment.

From September 4, 2016 to October 4, 2016, Defendant C received KRW 2,00,000 per month from the said A at the said establishment, and aided and abetted A’s business of arranging sexual traffic by providing guidance to the J, etc., female employees of sexual traffic, and cleaning the inside of the establishment, in return for money from the customers who found the establishment.
