Punishment of the crime

Defendant D, “The 2018 Highest 1639,” is a person who actually runs the west-gu F building in the Y and the 6th floor of “G” with the trade name “G,” and Defendant A, Defendant B, and Defendant C advertising the said business to “H,” which is an Internet site, and taking charge of telephone consultation, reservation, customer guidance, etc., and managing the said business.

The Defendants conspired with the Defendants, from February 1, 2017 to August 9, 2017, Defendant D engaged in sexual intercourse by having Defendant A, a female employee of the Republic of Korea, go through July 2017; Defendant B, from May 22, 2017 to August 9, 2017; Defendant C, from June 3, 2017 to August 9, 2017, and Defendant C, from June 3, 2017 to August 9, 2017, to make a telephone promise and receive KRW 80,00 from the male customer of the said place of business and receive KRW 80,00 from the male customer of the said place of business, and had I, J, and K, a female employee of the said place of business engage in sexual intercourse by having sexual intercourse with his/her hand and guest with his/her sexual intercourse.

Defendant A and Defendant E, around June 20, 2016, intended to operate a sexual traffic business establishment with the trade name of “M” from the north-gu L building and the fourth floor of “M,” and they recruited Defendant A to take charge of the said business establishment’s actual owner, and Defendant E’s role as the “the second president of the said business establishment.”

On May 1, 2017, Defendant C was employed by Defendant A, and conspired with Defendant A and Defendant E to act as “the head of the day office.”

According to the division of roles as above, Defendant A and Defendant E are engaged in the act of similar sexual intercourse from June 20, 2016 to May 1, 2017, and from May 201 to July 20, 2017 to July 30, 2017, respectively, by posting an advertisement for business explanation on the Internet site “N” and making a promise to report this by telephone, and by making a promise to receive KRW 80,00 won from male customers who have found the said business place, and by allowing O, etc. who are female employees, to engage in the act of similar sexual intercourse in his/her hands, thereby soliciting sexual intercourse.
