A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date of the final judgment.

Punishment of the crime

Defendant,

1. From around 17:00 on August 6, 2013 to 18:00 on the same day, interference with the victim’s multiple operation duties by force, such as: (a) from the “EM” operated by the victim D located in C, on the grounds that he/she saws himself/herself to the needy customers who are sitting on the table table; (b) provokings a trial cost on the ground that he/she puts them on the table to the employees F; and (c) taking the customers out of the table by taking a large amount of time; and (d) interfere with the victim’s multiple operation duties by force;

2. From around 14:40 on August 7, 2013 to 15:10 on the same day, the victim openly insultd the victim by taking a bath, such as “Chewing years, the same opening year, and the number of strings,” among the customers G and employees F, with a large amount of care to the victim D.

3. On August 7, 2013, around 15:30 of the violation of the Punishment of Violence, etc. Act (collective intimidation) at the same place as above 2: (a) 112 notification of the victim D (the victim 38 years of age) was sent voluntarily to the Yangju Police Station; (b) around 14:00 on August 8, 2013, the victim was asked to find out the victim; and (c) around 15:00, the victim was asked to go from the victim D to move from the victim D; (d) “I am to move from the victim D, but I am to the victim’s body,” and (e) I am to see the victim D as “I am to move from the victim’s body, I am to the victim, am to the victim’s body, and am to the victim’s body, I am to see the victim’s attitude that I am free from the victim’s body, and am free from the victim’s body.”
