The appeal is dismissed.
Reasons
The grounds of appeal are examined.
Even if examining the relevant legal principles and evidence, the lower court found the Defendant guilty of the modified facts charged on the grounds stated in its reasoning, contrary to what is alleged in the grounds of appeal, did not err by misapprehending the legal doctrine on the possibility of expectation and avoidance by exceeding the bounds of free conviction due to violating logical and empirical rules, contrary to what is alleged in the grounds of appeal.
Therefore, the appeal is dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
