Reasons
(b) Crime history;
1. 3.5. Along with the loan expense, a total of KRW 10,718,00 (US$ 10,000), KRW 21,604,400 ( US$ 20,000) in the name of the Enterprise Bank Account (Account Number I), KRW 21,604,400 ( US$ 20,000) in the name of B, 32,400 ( US$ 30,000).
As a result, the Defendants conspired to receive money and valuables on the intermediation of matters belonging to the duties of officers and employees of financial companies.
2.
