A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who is engaged in driving of a B B-S car.

On February 13, 2015, while under the influence of alcohol at 0.134% of blood alcohol concentration, the Defendant driven the vehicle in front of the E-Sast-to-Sae-ea-Sa-Sa-Sa-Sa-Sa-Sa-Sa-Sa-Sa-Sa-Sa-Sa-Sa-Sa-Sa-Sa-Sa-Sa-Sa-Sa-Sa-Sa-Sa-Sa-Sa-Sa-Sa-Sa-Sa-Sa-Sa-Sa-Sa-Sa-Sa-Sa-Sa-Sa-Sa-Sa-Sa-Sa-Sa-Sa-Sa-Sa-Sa-Sa-Sa-Sa-Sa-Sa-Sa-Sa-Sa-Sa-Sa-Sa-Sa-Sa-Sa-Sa-S-S

As a result, the Defendant, by occupational negligence, caused the above victim C (58 years old), E (50 years old), the victim G (V, 49 years old), and H (51 years old) who took advantage of the above rocketing, to suffer light strings, etc. requiring approximately two weeks of treatment, and at the same time, escaped without taking necessary measures, such as immediately stopping the said strings to require approximately five million won of repairing expenses, and approximately KRW 1,640,384 of repairing expenses, while destroying the said strings to require approximately 1,640,384 won.
