A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime
[criminal power] On January 4, 2002, the Defendant was sentenced to a fine of two million won for a violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving) at the Suwon District Court on January 4, 2002, and a fine of two million won for a violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving) at the Ansan District Court on April 28, 2003, respectively.
【Criminal Facts】
The defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a B-hand vehicle.
At around 23:30 on February 19, 2013, the Defendant: (a) while drunkly driven a blood alcohol concentration of 0.239%; (b) the Defendant: (c) while driving the said low-speed vehicle from the direction of Ansan to the etroke, the Defendant: (d) discovered the eroke-fluent passenger vehicle driven by the Victim C (Y, 52 years old); (c) while driving the said high-speed vehicle from the direction of the Defendant, the Defendant was driving the said high-speed vehicle to the eroke-ray; (d) while driving the said high-speed vehicle from the direction of the Defendant, the Defendant was unable to properly operate the said vehicle; (d) while taking the back portion of the said high-speed passenger vehicle for about two weeks to receive from the said C about two weeks of alcohol alcohol content; (e) the Defendant 3rd e-day treatment for the victim’s right-hand e (age 46 years old); and (e) the Defendant e-day treatment trend of the ero 2.g.
As a result, the Defendant driven a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol, and led to the injury of a person by driving a motor vehicle while it is difficult to drive it normally due to influence of alcohol.
