The defendant's appeal is dismissed.

1. The summary of the grounds for appeal is unreasonable because the lower court’s punishment (one million won of fine) is too large.

2. It is recognized that the judgment of the defendant recognized the crime of this case and reflected, that the amount of damage caused by the crime of this case is a small amount, and that the damage of this case seems to have been actually restored to the victim and actually restored to the victim.

However, in full view of the following facts: (a) the Defendant has been punished several times due to the same crime; (b) there is no change in circumstances that may change the sentence of the lower court; and (c) the Defendant’s age, character and conduct, environment, motive, means and consequence leading to the instant crime; and (d) the sentencing conditions specified in the records and arguments, such as the circumstances after the instant crime, are deemed unreasonable because the lower court’s sentence is too unreasonable.

3. In conclusion, the defendant's appeal is dismissed in accordance with Article 364 (4) of the Criminal Procedure Act on the ground that it is without merit. It is so decided as per Disposition.
