A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Around 08:00 on June 4, 2020, the Defendant was found in the residence of the victim D (Inn, 58 years old) who was a wife located in Jinjin-si B apartment C, and had his wife living together with the victim enter the victim as a room on the ground that his wife did not have personnel management of the Defendant. On the other hand, the Defendant was unable to leave the victim out of the room for about 30 minutes by placing 85cm (the total length of 85cm, 200cm) which is a dangerous object that the victim prepared for the defect in advance, and by blocking the victim from leaving the room.

Accordingly, the defendant carried dangerous things and detained the victim.

2. Around 09:00 on June 4, 2020, the Defendant: (a) laid the cell phone equivalent to KRW 400,00,00 at the bottom of the victim’s cell phone at the same place as the preceding paragraph; and (b) broken down two times with the above shoulder, which is a dangerous object, at the market price of the victim.

Accordingly, the defendant carried dangerous things and damaged the property owned by the victim.

At around 11:10 on June 7, 2020, the Defendant: (a) found the victim D (the 59-year-old) who was living in the vicinity of the Defendant’s residence located in Seosan-si, Seosan-si, along with his husband and wife; and (b) before the previous day, demanded the Defendant to return his marriage congratulatory money; (c) caused the victim to threaten the victim by gathering the boom, which is a dangerous object at his or her end, with his or her hand, while taking the breath of the breath and booming the victim.

Accordingly, the defendant carried dangerous objects and threatened the victim.
