A defendant shall be punished by a fine of 500,000 won.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who operates a singing practice hall in the name of "C" from the building B at Yangsan City and from the first underground floor.

1. A business place that violates the Music Industry Promotion Act;

No alcoholic beverage shall be sold or offered in such manner.

Nevertheless, on February 5, 2018, the Defendant violated the code of practice of singing practice operators by selling and providing 300,000 won equivalent to the market price of 300,000 won, such as beer and beer, to three customers D in the instant singing practice place.

2. No person shall drink alcoholic beverages with customers, provide entertainment services to customers by singing or dancing, or arrange other persons to provide such services for profit;

Nevertheless, the Defendant, at the same time and place as above, provided three female entertainment loans at the request of D, and arranged entertainment loans to allow them to enjoy entertainment with dancing by drinking alcohol together with D, etc.
