A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for two years.

Punishment of the crime

On May 18, 2005, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for larceny, etc. in the Daegu District Court Kimcheon Branch on October 10. On March 13, 2009, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for special larceny, etc. on March 13, 2009. On February 2, 2013, the Defendant completed the execution of the sentence.

1. On March 27, 2013, the Defendant violated the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (thief) committed a theft by driving a FM car with a market price equivalent to KRW 4.5 million owned by the victim E (or KRW 39 years of age) who was set up and set up at the same place in Yongcheon-si C around 00:09.

From that time to May 18, 2013, the Defendant stolen the property equivalent to KRW 40,418,780 in total on six occasions, such as the list of crimes in the attached Form.

Accordingly, the defendant habitually stolen another's property.

2. A defendant who violates the Road Traffic Act shall not obtain a driver's license for a motor vehicle.

A. On March 27, 2013, at around 00:09, a person drives FEM vehicles from the front side of D in Yongcheon-si C to the front side of the 220-1 SSS-si, Youngcheon-si at around 00:40 on the same day;

B. Around 22:00 on April 3, 2013, at the front parking lot of 220-1 SS-gu, Young-gu, Young-gu, Young-si to the front of a H restaurant located in Daegu Suwon-gu G, at around 22:00 on the same day;

C. On May 4, 2013, at around 00:50, 00, from the J-cafeteria located in Busan Metropolitan City I to the roads front of the Seocheon-si 873-3 Maddong-ri, Seocheon-si, Seocheon-si, 01:20 on the same day;

D. Around 04:30 on May 18, 2013, around 04:30, a passenger car was driven from the side of a L cafeteria located in Yong-si, Yong-si to the road front of the Nam-gu Mudio at 05:10 on the same day.

3. On May 18, 2013, the Defendant’s obstruction of performance of official duties found the Defendant’s attempt to board a niver car, which was stolen as No. 6, on the south-gu Mudio on the road in front of the Nam-gu Mudio at port, as set forth in the [Attachment] List No. 6.
