Punishment of the crime

On October 28, 2016, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Narcotics Control Act (compact) at the District Court for the Defendant’s District Court on October 28, 2016, and completed the execution of the sentence at the Jung-gu prison on February 26, 2017.

From early August 2017 to September 14, 2017, the Defendant employed L, etc. of the nationality of Russia, who is a woman of sexual traffic, and distributed a piece of advertising paper indicating the telephone number for suggesting sexual traffic, such as 'ropia py on the street of the Government', and then, directed unspecified persons who calls for reporting to pay cash of KRW 15 to 180,000,00 to "where payments are made, the Defendant may have sexual intercourse with D, etc." under the above subparagraph C, thereby arranging sexual traffic.
