Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who works as the Director-General of the National Metal Trade Union B.

From 15:13 on December 28, 2013, the Democratic Labor gun held an assembly of the name "the candlelighting culture system" in which the number of people participating in 8,000 in the Seoul square in Jung-gu Seoul Metropolitan City.

From 17:17 to 16:25 on the same day, 23,00 persons were gathered in the above assembly, and some of the participants in the assembly moved ahead of the dynamic duty-free shop in the vicinity of the assembly from around 17:17 to around 18:30, the number of participants increased by 5,000 persons, and tried to go along the Sejong-ro in the direction of light.

Accordingly, the defendant conspired with the participants in the assembly and demonstration and interfered with vehicle traffic.
