Punishment of the crime

On August 25, 2013, at around 08:40 on August 25, 2013, the Defendant driven a road of 300 meters in front of the transmitting Triririririririririririririririririririririririririririririririririririririririririri from the transmission tunnel, while driving the maximum speed (70km/h) above 14km/h.
