A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant is a person who is engaged in driving service of a CV car in the case of a violation of the Road Traffic Act (after the accident).

On May 20, 2017, the Defendant driven the said car without obtaining a driver's license from around 20:15, and led the Defendant to turn to the left at the right angle of gold-ri, from both sides of the 63-10 new road into the intersection at the southyang-si.

Since there is a non-protective left-hand turn on a road, there was a duty of care to safely drive the vehicle by checking the traffic situation, such as whether or not the vehicle is driving on the opposite side of the intersection by temporarily suspending or making a left-hand turn prior to the entry of the driver of the vehicle.

Nevertheless, the Defendant neglected this and went to the left as it was due to the negligence of going to the left, and went through the intersection in accordance with the straight line in front of the left part, and received the part of the pentum in front of the left side of the No.N. Dop-Won-Won-Won-Won-Won-Won-Won-Won-Won-Won-Won-Won (42 Do).

Ultimately, the Defendant, by occupational negligence as seen above, destroyed the repair cost of KRW 980,388, such as the exchange of a panion vehicle, and did not immediately stop the vehicle and take necessary measures, and left the site as it is.

2. The Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed Driving) driven the said NAS vehicle without obtaining a driver’s license at the time and place specified in paragraph (1).

3. An offender also caused a traffic accident, such as the date and time, at the place specified in paragraph 1, paragraph 1, but he/she would be punished for a larger punishment during the current suspension of execution, and he/she would be his/her father F, who is his/her father, to conceal it.

How is the same as the traffic accident is; and

“At the end, the F made the false statement in mind.”

Thus, the defendant had FF around 20:52 on the same day.
