From around 2000, the Defendant is a person who had been in office as an armed riot of the Korean War Veterans Association “D church”.

No one shall carry out an election campaign for members of a religious institution, organization, etc. by taking advantage of official activities within the organization thereof, and conduct an election campaign by sending text messages through automatic broadcast communications utilizing computers and technology for the use of computers other than candidates and preliminary candidates.

On June 2, 2014, at the F Social Welfare Center operated and operated by the above church in Vietnam on June 18:11, 2014, the Defendant connected to the “fnet” site that provides Internet text messages services by computer and sent a text message to 410 members of the church, including the head of the above church, “G head of the Gu”.
