1. The Defendants shall jointly and severally pay to the Plaintiff KRW 102,490,172 as well as the interest rate from September 10, 2015 to the date of full payment.

1. Facts of recognition;

A. On January 2, 2015, the Plaintiff loaned KRW 159,135,00 to Defendant A Co., Ltd. at an interest rate of 7%, delay damages rate of 24%, and three months during the loan period. Defendant B jointly and severally guaranteed the above loan obligations of Defendant A Co., Ltd.

B. The Defendants delayed the repayment of principal and interest and lost the benefit of May 1, 2015. As of September 9, 2015, the instant loan claims remain in KRW 102,490,172.

2. According to the above facts of recognition, the Defendants are jointly and severally liable to pay to the Plaintiff 102,490,172 won and damages for delay calculated at the rate of 24% per annum from September 10, 2015 to the date of full payment.

3. In conclusion, the plaintiff's claim against the defendants is justified, and all of them are accepted. It is so decided as per Disposition.
