A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for three years.

Punishment of the crime

This means that the victim will withdraw KRW 600,000,000 from the victim's D account, E bank account, and KRW 700,000,000 from the Seoul Central Public Prosecutor's account, and let the victim take it in front of C elementary school in Seodaemun-gu Seoul.

The defendant assumes the victim in front of the above C Elementary School at around 13:35 on the same day, and takes care of the victim in front of the H in Seodaemun-gu Seoul, and takes care of 6.7 million won, which the victim was released by the victim, and then the defendant took care of the victim in front of the H in Seodaemun-gu Seoul.
