A From January 20 to November 20, 2012, from November 13, 2009 to March 2103, 2012, a person who operated H childcare centers located in Busan-gu AE from November 13, 2009 to July 201, operated W Kindergartens located in Busan-gu V from December 2012 to July 2013. Defendant X operated W Kindergartens in Busan-gu from March 201 to November 201, and Defendant X is a real estate broker, and Defendant X is a real estate broker, and Defendant X is a real estate broker from December 26, 201 to his/her kindergarten from December 26, 201 to December 2013, 201, Defendant X is a real estate broker, and Defendant D’s real estate broker from December 26, 201 to his/her kindergarten from March 201.

1. Defendant A

A. On October 15, 2012, the Defendant violated the Infant Care Act: (a) had access to the childcare information computer system managed by Kimhae-si, the competent administrative agency, and (b) had access to BE as childcare infants; (c) had a false usage status as if BE had applied to the above childcare center; and (d) had a public official in charge of care for 10 months of childcare fees for BE, 394,00, 396,60, and 216,60,000 childcare fees for November 31, 201; and (e) had been transferred to BE on December 31, 2012, by deceiving a public official in charge of care for 10 months of childcare fees for BE, 236,400, 394,000, 216,60, and 164,160, 160, 306, and 301,00.

As a result, the Defendant received a subsidy for infant care costs by fraud or other improper means, and acquired a total of KRW 1,372,160 by fraud.

B. On November 201, 2012, the Defendant and U.S. on the fabrication of private documents and the display of falsified documents registered U as the head of the pertinent childcare center with regard to H-care centers located in Busan-gu AE apartment.
