A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On December 31, 2014, around 14:12, 2014, the Defendant discovered that the Defendant, in a male and female coloning room in Gyeyang-gu Incheon Gyeyang-gu, “D Dogna,” the victim E, a private letter or customer, left side of his/her clothes, carried away things inside the victim’s clothes by using the above clothes strawer.

The Defendant, with the above clothes chain, went out of the Saturdays and took away 30,000 won in cash from the wall of the victim.

2. On January 8, 2015, around 04:18, at HPCs operated by the victim G in Gyeyang-gu Incheon Gyeyang-gu, Incheon, the Defendant stolen KRW 3.50,000 in cash, which is the victim’s possession in the cash receipt and disbursement machine, by using the gaps in order for employees I to clean the PC inside the PCs.

3. On January 16, 2015, the Defendant: (a) committed a theft of KRW 235,000,000 in cash, which was owned by the victim K, from the “LPC bank” operated by the two weeksJ; (b) by the victim’s Dong M, who was in a knife, used a knife in order to clean the said knife inside the said knife; and (c) turned down the knife into the knife; and
