Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of one year and two months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Larceny;

A. On October 8, 2019, at around 21:35, the Defendant, within the PC bank located in Busan Northern-gu B, 150,000 won in cash on the victim C, with identification cards, etc., and stolen 150,000 won in the victim’s market price.

B. On October 9, 2019, around 21:10 on October 21, 2019, the Defendant: (a) laid down the gap in which the victim E is extracted from his/her human body inside Busan Northern-gu, Busan, and stolen the victim’s cell phone with a cell phone amounting to KRW 500,000 in the market price of the victim’s possession.

2. Special larceny;

A. On October 15, 2019, around 23:10 on October 15, 2019, the Defendant: (a) destroyed the lock-up lock-out lock-out system of the Raberer’s entrance, which was prepared in advance by the victim G located in Busan Northern-gu; (b) destroyed the lock-out system of the Ramerer’s entrance; and (c) stolen the money equivalent to KRW 170,000 in cash inside the wall, which was under the supervision of the Kamerrter, and KRW 50,000 in cash during the cash receipt and disbursements; and (d)

B. On October 17, 2019, at around 23:20, the Defendant destroyed the entrance door locker using Raber in the same manner at the same place as Paragraph (a), and entered the same as the entrance, and subsequently stolen the cash amounting to KRW 31,500, which was owned by the victim G, within the said money receipt and disbursement machine.

C. On October 20, 2019, around 00:20, the Defendant: (a) destroyed the entrance locking device by using the Mat Building (tentatively named “Ba”) operated by the victim I located in Busan Northern-gu; (b) destroyed the entrance locking device; and (c) stolen money worth KRW 560,000 and KRW 3,000 and KRW 705,000,000, in cash within the said device; and (d) stolen money and valuables worth KRW 15,000, in total.

On October 27, 2019, at around 03:30 on October 27, 2019, the Defendant removed and removed a iron plate that prevents the front of the entrance by using the Raber at the same place as the above paragraph (c), and then used the entrance by using the method as above (c).
