B. According to the above recognition of the liability for damages, the accident of this case occurred due to the failure of the defendant vehicle to make a left-hand turn in violation of the signal, and thus, the defendant is liable to compensate the damage suffered by the plaintiff as the mutual aid business operator of the defendant

C. The limitation of liability is the fact that the Plaintiff did not wear the safety level at the time of the instant accident, and that such negligence caused the expansion of damages caused by the instant accident. Therefore, the Defendant’s liability ratio is limited to 90% (10% by negligence of the Plaintiff).

2. Scope of liability for damages

(a) Personal information 1) Personal information: The average monthly income of 2,201,416 won (26,417,000 won ±26,417,000 won ± 12 months, less than the won; hereinafter the same shall apply) while working as a nurse: the aggregate of the actual income of 1,247,460 won (7,380 won (2,201,416 won per month) during the period of hospitalization from April 24, 2013 to May 13, 2013) during the period of 17 days: 1,247,460 won (1,247,380 won ± 30 days; hereinafter the same shall apply).
