Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 700,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On November 8, 2014, at around 14:46, the Defendant driven a Damp vehicle without a car driver’s license at the section of approximately 2 km from the front Do of the charge station of Lamba gas at the time of the Gyeonggi-gu, Seoyang-gu, Seoyang-gu, Seoul, to the roads front of the ambane in the city of the Gyeonggi-gu.
