Punishment of the crime

[Criminal Power] On December 18, 2018, the Defendant was sentenced to one year of imprisonment by the Gwangju District Court for a violation of the Road Traffic Act, etc. and the judgment became final and conclusive on January 3, 2020.

【Criminal Facts】

1. On March 2, 2018, the Defendant forged private document: (a) stated “D” in the customer name column of “E” in the “C”, “E” in the date of birth; and (b) stated “D” in the fare system as “D” in the “E”, “C” in the “C” column, and “D” in the “C” column, at the office of “C” mobile phone sales in the Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Gwangju, and the first floor without the consent of the victim D; and (c) described “D” in the “C” column.

Accordingly, for the purpose of exercising rights and obligations, the Defendant forged one copy of “Mobling mobile phone contract” in the name of D, a private document related to rights and obligations.

2. The Defendant, at the same time and at the same place, delivered one copy of the forged “C” mobile phone mobile phone contract” to G, who is an employee of “C” mobile phone sales agency, who is aware of the forgery, as if it were the document duly formed.
