Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On December 9, 2017, the Defendant: (a) passed the military business office of the Korea Highway Corporation located in the Si-Gun automatic in Si-Gun through a Si-Gun automatic vehicle on December 23:05, 2017; and (b) did not pay tolls of KRW 1,200 by passing through a pay automatic equipment lane without charging an electronic card inserted in the Habs Terminal; and (c) from around that time to August 15, 2018, the Defendant did not pay tolls of KRW 1,565,90 in total (147,900) and additional tolls (1,418,000) over 111 times in total, as described in the attached list of crimes.

Accordingly, the defendant obtained property benefits by using pay automatic equipment without paying the price by illegal means.
