"2016 Highest 6488"

1. On July 2016, the Defendant administered a philopon by dilution approximately 0.05 g of Meblopon (one philopon; hereinafter referred to as a “philopon”) that was contained in D’s disposable d's dwelling at D’s residence located under the half of Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government.

2. On July 23, 2016, the Defendant received philophones from D without compensation, which were 0.2g of philophones located in D’s residence located in D’s semi-defluor C, Gangnam-gu, Seoul, and received from D.

3. On July 23, 2016, the Defendant administered philophones by inserting approximately 0.03g of phiphones, among phiphones received from the toilets located in Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, as described in paragraph (2), into a single-use injection instrument, dilution with aquatic dilution, and injection into the blood cells.

1. On June 2016, the Defendant: (a) around 18:00 to 19:00, at the front of the residence of D located in Gangnam-gu Seoul, Gangnam-gu, Seoul; (b) cut off 0.1g of philophones contained in D from D to 0.1g of philophones; and (c) took a toilet of E hospital located in Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul, Yeongdeungpo-gu, Seoul, by inserting water into the toilet for a single-use, and melting the philophone into the arms.

Accordingly, the defendant accepted and administered philophones.

2. On July 10, 2016, the Defendant: (a) around the market located in Seongdong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government on July 10, 2016; (b) Dolopon 0.05g philopon contained in a disposable injection machine from H, and (c) around the night of the same month, the Defendant injectedd the instant E hospital toilet with water in a disposable injection machine, melting the instant philopon.

Accordingly, the defendant accepted and administered philophones.

3. On July 22, 2016, at the residence of No. 14:00 around July 22, 2016, the Defendant received philopon from D in a method of collecting approximately 0.15g philopon contained in a disposable injection machine from D.

4. The Defendant is located in Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government I around 22:00 on May 14, 2017.
