A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of one year and four months.

60,000 won shall be additionally collected from the defendant.

The additional collection charge shall be equivalent to the above additional collection charge.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant, who is not a person dealing with narcotics, is not a person dealing with narcotics, is prohibited from dealing with the clophophones (one philophone, hereinafter referred to as “philophones”), but sold and administered philophones as follows.

1. On January 201, 2017, the Defendant decided to purchase phiphones from D known to C and Defendant, and received KRW 200,000,00 from C around 19:0 of the same month, and around 25:0 of the same day, the Defendant issued KRW 20,000 from C, and around 20:00 of the same day, 0.21 g of phiphones contained in D in H located in Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, Nam-gu, Incheon, and delivered KRW 200,00,000 on the same day, and then delivered KRW 20:30 on the same day, “J” hotel 14 g of the above phiscops to D in the juk toilets in Yeonsu-gu, Incheon Metropolitan City.

Accordingly, the Defendant conspired with C to purchase philophones.

2. On January 25, 2017, at around 20:30, the Defendant purchased as set forth in the preceding paragraph, and administered phiphones by inserting water into a single-use injection machine containing approximately 0.07 grams of philophones remaining after being dried with C, and then melting phiphones into the arms.

3. On January 29, 2017, the Defendant decided to purchase a philopon from C and D. A. A. B. A. B. a. B. B. B. B. B. B. B. B. B. H. H. H. 2 a. B. B. B. B. B. B. B. B. B. B. B. one of the instant philopon containing about 0.28 grams from D, and the Defendant divided the said c. B. B. B. B into one and one of the instant c. B. B. B. B. L. B. B. B., the Defendant 2. B. B. B.D. 21:26 on the same day, the c. B. B.D. 14g of the philopon contained in the c. B. B. B.D. 2007.

Since January 31, 2017, the Defendant received KRW 200,000 from C for philopon purchase in Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City E, from the Defendant’s money.
