1. Defendant A

A. At around 01:00 on June 201, 2014, the Defendant smoked marijuana in a manner of inhaleing the smoke by collecting only one cost of marijuana tobacco, which had been containing approximately 0.5g g from the U.S., U.S., U.S., at the “G” club located in Yongsan-gu Seoul, Yongsan-gu Seoul.

B. On October 18, 2014, the Defendant collected 0.5g of marijuana tobacco from the foregoing H at the same place as at around 01:00, and smoked in the same manner as in the preceding paragraph, at the same time as at around 01:00.

2. Defendant B

A. At around 03:00 on October 20, 2014, the Defendant taken in marijuana, where the Defendant cultivated at A’s house located in Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government I, following the flowers.

B. On October 24, 2014, at around 11:50, the Defendant: (a) installed lighting and ventilation fixtures to cultivate marijuana at the same place as the preceding paragraph; (b) cultivated four marijuana plants; and (c) stored four grams of the horse’s influence (including soil, etc.) and four grams of the hemp fireworks.
