Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

At around 05:00 on March 9, 2019, the Defendant driven an ENEW EF Laol car while under the influence of alcohol concentration of about 1 0.180% from around 05:0 to the front of D located in the same Gu C from Nam-gu, Busan to D.
