1. The plaintiff's claim is dismissed.
2. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the Plaintiff.
Reasons
1. Details of the disposition;
A. On January 28, 1993, the Plaintiff was appointed as a local civil servant on April 19, 1995, and served as a local civil petition clerk on November 4, 1998, a local civil petition clerk on January 16, 2006, a local public official who was promoted as a local civil petition clerk on January 16, 2006, and a local civil petition manager B from October 20, 2008 to June 4, 2012.
B. On June 11, 2013, the Gyeonggi Provincial Police Agency notified the Defendant of the “public official’s criminal investigation status” that it sent the Plaintiff the fact that he/she was under suspicion to the District Public Prosecutor’s Office, and on September 10, 2013, the prosecutor sent the fact that he/she was under suspicion on the following grounds: “The Plaintiff received KRW 4 million in total on three occasions from September 2010 to January 201 in return for the convenience of construction works at the integrated taking place in the Seoul Company D Site from September 2010 to January 201, and notified the Defendant of the result of the public official’s criminal disposition.”
From October 20 to June 4, 2012, the Plaintiff received KRW 200,000,000 from the head of the D site office of the Si Corporation C in connection with the construction work of the Socheon-gun Integrated Water Management Office B, in consideration of the cost of construction, around September 2010, the Plaintiff received KRW 1.5 million in cash, for the purpose of debrising from the alley roads, following the Gecheon-gun, Gecheon-gun, Gecheon-gun, Gecheon-gun, Gecheon-gun, Gecheon-gun, Gecheon-gun, Gecheon-gun, 200,00 for the expenses of debrising, and KRW 1,50,000 for the expenses of debrising from the head of the D site office of the Si Corporation in consideration of the construction work in relation to the construction work of the Hancheon-gun Integrated Water Management Office, and around January 2011, for the Plaintiff’s work.
C. The Gyeonggi-do Personnel Committee, which was held on December 3, 2013 upon the Defendant’s request for a resolution on disciplinary action, is a construction project performed by the Plaintiff at the site of the C Company from September 201 to January 201.
