Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of one year and six months.

The evidence seized shall be confiscated from the accused as referred to in subparagraphs 1 through 6 above.

Punishment of the crime

1. On March 1, 2015, from around 09:00 to around 16:00 the same day, the Defendant: (a) opened a gate that was not set up in front of the house of the victim D in Gyeyang-gu, Soyang-gu; (b) entered the victim’s house; (c) and (d) removed the keys in front of the entrance; and (d) taken the gate in front of the entrance; and (e) taken the gate in front of the entrance.

Accordingly, the defendant stolen the property owned by the victim by intrusion upon the victim's residence.

2. On February 25, 2016, between 09:00 and 13:45 on February 25, 2016, the Defendant intruded into a structure and thief, opened an entrance without the victim’s exit from the outside to the outside and opening of the entrance in the front of the “G” in the operation of the victim F, in Pakistan, from February 25, 2016 to 13:45 of the same day.

As a result, the Defendant intruded on the “G” shop, which is a building managed by the victim, and stolen cash amounting to KRW 25.4 million, which is a property owned by the victim.

3. On February 25, 2016, from around 12:30 to 12:40 on the same day, the Defendant entered the victim’s house by means of the gate, which was opened in front of the victim’s I’s house during the period from around February 25, 2016 to around 12:40 on the same day, and opened an unlocked entrance and opened the victim’s house, but entered the victim’s house, but found the victim’s house and went out of the house.

Accordingly, the defendant invadedd the victim's residence.
