Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,500,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On July 4, 2013, at around 19:48, the Defendant: (a) opened a door to open the door of the above residence, which is the Defendant’s residence; (b) obstructed the police officer’s legitimate performance of official duties on the duty of reporting 112 reporting, by putting the slope E and the patrolman dispatched upon receiving a report from the person living on the following floor; and (c) keeping the entrance by the police officer E and the patrolman at hand; and (d) “this e-mail spaths,” while putting the right door to the slope E in hand at one time at the face of drinking,” and obstructing the police officer’s legitimate performance of official duties on the duty of reporting 112.
