Defendant shall be punished by a fine of 1.5 million won.

If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

Around 05:10 on March 7, 2013, at the front of the “Dju” route located in Dongdaemun-gu Seoul, Dongdaemun-gu, Seoul, the Defendant: (a) committed assault from the slope F of the Seoul Eastern Police Station Estation, who was dispatched to the site after receiving a report of 112 that he had a person who was in scambling; (b) and (c) obstructed him from “scaming after the main business hours have ended; and (d) interfered with the complaint; (b) interfered with the foregoing F; and (c) interfered with the instant F’s f’s f’s f’s f’s f’s f’s f’s f’s f’s bat and f’s f’s face at once.

As a result, the defendant interfered with the legitimate execution of duties concerning the handling of 112 reports and criminal investigations by police officers.
