Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

At around 20:00 on December 27, 2012, the Defendant: (a) deemed the victim C (the aged 52) who is a police officer belonging to the Seoul beneficiary police station, who had been performing inspection and search duties in front of Jongno-gu Seoul building B, to be an unspecified number of persons, and (b) held that the Defendant was off the clothes of all pums; (c) there is a gue that he would have been in place; (d) there is a large voice that the Defendant would be imprisoned; and (e) released the victim from the working appearance on the ground floor of Jongno-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government building B, while serving as a police officer for inspection and search.
