Defendant shall be punished by a fine of four million won.
If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
The defendant is a male of Korean nationality, and C has the intent to enter into a disguised marriage report and a disguised report of birth by forging various documents as if the child was born, even though he was not married as a female of Vietnam, or was born a newborn baby, and C has the intent to enter into a disguised marriage report and a false report of birth.
1. Points for any false entry into public electronic records, and any alteration into such records or electromagnetic records;
A. On September 25, 2009, the Defendant: (a) on September 25, 2009, rendered a false marriage report as if he/she had not been married with his/her own and C, and (b) submitted it to the public official in charge of personal information and submitted the report to enter the false facts into the family register information system as if he/she had married with the Defendant C; and (c) exercised it by allowing the said public official to store the false information in the system at that place.
B.
