1. The Defendants jointly share KRW 10,000,000 with respect to the Plaintiff and 5% per annum from March 24, 2014 to August 28, 2015.

1. Facts of recognition;

A. The Plaintiff is a person who served as a pastor in the Diplomatic Association.

B. The Defendants interfered with, and threatened the Plaintiff’s business, as follows, and damaged the Plaintiff’s reputation.

1) On March 11, 2014, Defendant C, using a mobile phone, posted false articles and photographs to the Plaintiff on the Internet site of “E” operated by Defendant C, “F,” thereby impairing the Plaintiff’s reputation by placing false articles and photographs on the Internet site of “E”, “E”, “F, at good time,” and “F,” and “F,” respectively.

3) On March 23, 2014, from around 09:10 to 15:00, the Defendants: (a) set up a fluorial card in front of the Diplomatic Association that the Plaintiff was in office, stating that “Wingginggingginggingginggingginggingginggingginggingginggingginggingginggingginggingginggingginggingginggingginggingginggingginggingginggingginggingginggingginggingging 50 million won; and (b) sold out a ten million won forest and selling out a reported forest, and

2. According to the above facts of recognition of liability for damages, the defendants are liable to compensate the plaintiff for mental damage caused by the defendants' act as joint tortfeasor, and the amount shall be set at KRW 10,000,00 in consideration of all the circumstances shown in the pleading.

Therefore, the Defendants jointly have the obligation to pay the Plaintiff consolation money of KRW 10,00,000 and damages for delay calculated at the rate of 5% per annum as stipulated in the Civil Act from March 24, 2014 to August 28, 2015, which is the date of this decision, and 20% per annum as stipulated in the Act on Special Cases concerning Expedition, etc. of Legal Proceedings from the next day to the date of full payment.
