[2] On April 22, 2011, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for larceny at the Daegu District Court Young-gu District Court Young-gu District Court (Seoul District Court) on April 26, 201; two years of imprisonment with prison labor for special larceny; one year of imprisonment with prison labor for special larceny; one year of imprisonment with prison labor for special larceny at the Ulsan District Court on May 13, 2015; one year and six months of October 26, 201; and one year and six months of imprisonment with prison labor for special larceny; and the execution of the sentence was completed in the prison on December 4, 2017.

From January 18, 2018 to January 21, 2018, the Defendant: (a) from around 21:43, the following day to around 01:17, the Defendant: (b) cut up to the electric poles (from 92L3 to 92L6) managed by the Korean military branch of the victim’s Republic of Korea; (c) cut down the amount of approximately KRW 920,00,000 at the market price owned by the victim; and (d) cut off the amount of approximately KRW 920,00,000 at the market price of the victim.
