C On October 31, 2017, the Daegu District Court sentenced imprisonment with prison labor for six months as a violation of the Act on the Punishment of Acts, including the Mediation, etc. of Commercial Sex Acts (the brokerage, etc. of commercial sex acts) and decided on November 8, 2017.

1. Joint crimes committed by Defendant A and B;

A. Defendant A is a person operating a business similar to the trade name “J”, respectively, by leasing H room 201 and I room 202 of Daegu Suwon-gu, Daegu-dong 202.

B is a joint operator who provides Defendant A with funds necessary for the studio rental, etc. and divide profits.

From June 9, 2016 to July 23, 2016, Defendants received KRW 70,000 per time from many unspecified male customers who visited the advertisement letters of “J” in each of the above studio, and let K and L, a female employee, perform the act of similarity.

B. 2. Defendant A’s violation of the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed Driving) driving on July 25, 2016, Defendant A driven SM5 vehicles without obtaining a driver’s license for automobiles from “R” to “R” located in Q Q Q Q in Busan Metropolitan City on July 25, 2016.

3. On June 25, 2016, Defendant C’s aiding and abetting sexual traffic brokerage businesses are similar trade businesses to the above “J” at around the following places upon A’s request.
