Defendants shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the above sentence against Defendant B for a period of two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

[Fact-finding] Defendant A is a student in the economic and trade department of the E University; Defendant B was a person who was in the middle line between Defendant A and society, and the Defendants were in the middle line, from June 13, 2016 to July 25, 2016, and the Defendants were employed by two female women in Thailand in the Daegu North-gu Seoul Northern-gu 201 and 202 from around July 25, 2016, while engaging in the business of arranging sexual traffic, Defendant A was under control on July 25, 2016 and was unable to operate the business any longer at the said place. From around September 2016 to December 2016, Defendant B was in the operation of sexual traffic by leasing the studio 2 from the North America-si in the city of the Dong-si to around 13, 2016, and the said business was poor.

[2] On January 1, 2017, the Defendants leased Nos. 307, 507, 307, and 301, and 302, which are located in Daegu Suwon-gu, Daegu-gu, and Defendant A around the end of February 2017, Defendant A prepared to operate a commercial sex business establishment by employing female women who were introduced from the female sex trafficking hub around that time, and the Defendants posted a letter on the advertisement site of the commercial sex business establishment “K” and a letter on the advertisement site of the said Htel (the trade name “L”) and the contact (M”), which is publicly notified by J.

On May 13, 2017, the Defendants received KRW 100,00 in return for the said promotional writing from N, who had reported and contacted the said promotional writing, and had the said Htel 307 conduct sexual traffic women from February 13, 2017 to May 16, 2017, including having the said Htel 307 conduct sexual traffic with O, who is a Russian sexual traffic woman, and received KRW 90,00 to 170,00 per time from the male sexual traffic, who was found in the said sexual traffic business place, and had the Russian sexual traffic women employed in the said sexual traffic business place as above.

As a result, the Defendants conspired to arrange sexual traffic for business purposes.
