Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On January 11, 2013, the Defendant: (a) while getting in and moving to D, a residence, in the vicinity of a riding boat operated by the victim B, around 20:10 on the same day; (b) 20:10 on the same day, the Defendant used the driver of a motor vehicle in operation by cutting off the victim’s arms to “I am son, am son, son, and son. I am son. I am son. I am son.”
