Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.

Punishment of the crime

On October 13:15, 2012, from around 14:00 on the same day to around 14:00 of the same day, the Defendant: (a) sold 15,00 won and presented 20,000 won at the second floor ticket ticket box of the branch C branch of Gangdong-gu Seoul Korean Racing Association; (b) notified the sales employee of the purchase of the ticket; (c) expressed 15,000 won, and (d) expressed in the place where the sale of the horse tickets sold the horse tickets, “the head of the door gate is known to the inside the door gate,” and interfered with the sale of the horse tickets by force; and (d) interfered with the business management work for approximately 45 minutes, including “the head of the gate and the head of the gate.”
