A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Highest 2016 4301;

A. A. On September 8, 2016, the Defendant: (a) around 05:13, 2016, around September 8, 2016, at the so called “D” room in Jongno-gu Seoul, Jongno-gu, Seoul around September 8, 2016, the Defendant: (b) opened the victim’s key and opened the victim’s right by putting him/her up with his/her key, and (c) opened the victim’s key in cash 130,000 won; (d) resident registration certificates; (e) driver’s license; and (e) locking the wall containing Korean bank’s physical card, etc.

In other words, they stolen them.

2) The Defendant, at the same place around 05:30 on the same day, opens the victim’s right and wrong with the key, and takes 20,000 won in cash from the wall that is owned by the victim, using the gap in which the F is locked by facing the key of the object.

In other words, they stolen them.

3) At around 12:41 of the same day, the Defendant kept the victim I, who is the owner of the business in Jongno-gu Seoul Jongno-gu Seoul, in a 'H’ letter or 'H', the head of the business in question, on the side of the calculation unit by making use of the gap.

It was stolen that caused a bank equivalent to KRW 1,500,000, which was included in a table PC, KRW 800,000, and a wall gate, wall, etc.

B. On September 23, 2016, the Defendant: (a) around September 23, 2016, around 05:37, around September 23, 2016, up to 05:37, the second round “K” room of the Dongdaemun-gu Seoul Dongdaemun-gu Seoul Dongdaemun-gu Seoul, putting the key to the victim’s strokes; (b) opened the victim’s right with the key; and (c) took 190,000 won in cash owned by the victim in a household located within the right box.

In other words, they stolen them.

2) The Defendant, at the same place around 06:00 on the same day, stolen a wall containing KRW 150,000 in cash owned by the victim at the same place where the victim M was locked.

On September 2016, 2016, the thief Defendant used the gap in the trade name located in Gangnam-gu Seoul around 09:00 to 10:00 on September 2016, 201 and used the gap in which the victim was locked, thereby galloning the market value of 200,000 won in the market value owned by the victim.
