Punishment of the crime

From August 8, 2011, the Defendant served as a public interest service personnel in C in Jincheon-gun, Chungcheongnam-do.

The Defendant did not work at the above workplace for 6 days (11, 17, 26, 27, 28, 31) from October 11, 201 to October 31, 201, and for 5 days (1, 2, 3, 4, 21 days) from November 1, 201 to November 21, 201.

Accordingly, the defendant, as a public interest service personnel, has deserted his service for at least eight days in total without justifiable grounds.
