The prosecution of this case is dismissed.

On June 6, 2020, Defendant A assaulted the victim C(23 years of age) at the entrance of the parking lot in Gangnam-gu Seoul, Seoul, and the victim C(23 years of age) at the entrance of the parking lot.

The facts charged of this case are crimes falling under Article 260 (1) of the Criminal Act, which cannot be prosecuted against the victim's express intent under Article 260 (3) of the Criminal Act. According to the agreement bound in the trial records, the victim can recognize the facts that he expressed his intention not to prosecute the defendant on July 7, 2020 after the prosecution of this case was instituted. Thus, the prosecution against the defendant is dismissed in accordance with Article 327 (6) of the Criminal Procedure Act.
