Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 700,000.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one hundred thousand won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

Although the Defendant’s driver’s license was suspended for 40 days from February 21, 2017 to April 1, 2017 due to the unpaid penalty, around March 24, 2017, the Defendant driven Benz vehicles from 36:29, Dongdaemun-gu, Seoul, Dongdaemun-gu, to 278, at the 3km section from March 24, 2017 to the road front of the 278 Nowon-gu building.
