Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 500,000.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one hundred thousand won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On January 9, 2019, the Defendant was sentenced to six months of imprisonment with prison labor by larceny, etc. at the Chuncheon District Court on January 9, 2019 and such judgment became final and conclusive on January 17, 2019.
