Punishment of the crime
[Criminal Justice] On August 26, 2010, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for larceny, etc. at Jeju District Court on May 10, 201, and completed the execution of the sentence in Jeju Prison on May 10, 201.
【Criminal Facts】
1. On September 3, 201, the Defendant: (a) around 13:00 on September 3, 201, the Defendant: (b) laid the door door of the victim C residing in Jeju-si; (c) laid down the door door in the door crepit by a debit card, which had been previously possessed by the victim C residing in Jeju-si; and (d) opened and intruded into the said door, and cut off the cash 31,000 won and one NAC card owned by the victim from the victim’s flab; and (d) cut off the victim’s flab.
2. On October 25, 201, the Defendant: (a) around 21:50 on October 25, 201, 201, she laid a cartoon book from Gcarf’s management of the Victim F in Jeju, and (b) the Defendant stolen the cash owned by the victim in the Scarf’s book by taking advantage of the gaps in which management was neglected by making the locker to perform another work; and (c) taking advantage of the gap in managing the locker, the Defendant stolen the amount of KRW 100,000.

Around September 16:40 on September 3, 201, the Defendant violated the Specialized Credit Financial Business Act and the Defendant acquired goods or services in an amount of KRW 253,500,00 in total by using stolen credit cards on six occasions from the following day to 18:03 of the same day by using the stolen credit cards in the first convenience store for the operation of the Victim H, which was located in Jeju City, as described in paragraph (1), as if the Defendant had presented one copy of the 3rd Card as if the Defendant were a legitimate licensee of the said 3rd Card and issued it on the sales slip, and then using the stolen credit cards on six occasions as indicated in the attached list of crimes.
