Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant, on duty, has the record of receiving hospitalized treatment at C Hospital, which is a hospital specialized in alcohol addiction.

From around 11:30 on August 16, 2012 to 13:00 on the same day, the Defendant: (a) prevented the victim D working on duty at the above hospital from entering the second floor hospital, where the access from the first floor of the Kimhae-si Hospital was restricted; and (b) continuously obstructed the victim’s duties such as hospital building management, etc. for about one hour and thirty minutes by avoiding disturbance, such as “I am frighte, nife, nife.e., preventing dysy from going.”
