A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than two years and six months.

Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. The Defendant is not a narcotics handler.
A. On December 1, 2016, the Defendant: (a) posted the single mar medicine, which is a local mental medicine, at a night-based Doncheon-si, Inc. D, a local mental medicine, on a gambling place; (b) taken off the marc volume of the marc drug, which was a local mental medicine, on a gambling place; and (c) administered the marc drug in a way that the Defendant’s male-child job offers and exchanges with the E-mail, and booms.
B. The Defendant and E (E) conspiredd with the Defendant to “the Defendant to offer a number of intent when importing smuggling into the Republic of Korea,” and E (i) conspired to “a name in Thailand to send and smuggling to the Republic of Korea,” and “a name in Thailand to be sent out and sealed in Thailand,” and (ii) concealed the fact 270 in Thailand in Thailand, and entered into the name in Thailand, and sent it to the Republic of Korea using international parcels, and (iii) around January 10:16, 2017, the said international mails arrive at the Incheon International Airport located in Jung-gu, Incheon International Airport to pass through the customs search unit.
Accordingly, the defendant, in collusion with E and non-personally disabled persons, imported 270 me to contain meconstropha, a local mental medicine.
2. Any foreigner violating the Immigration Control Act may sojourn in the Republic of Korea within the limits of his/her sojourn status and sojourn period.
The Defendant, who had nationality of Thailand, issued a valid visa for tourism until June 1, 2016, and entered the Republic of Korea on March 3, 2016, and stayed in the Republic of Korea from June 2, 2016 to January 25, 2017 despite the expiration of the period of stay.
