1. The defendant shall pay to the plaintiff KRW 85,18,374 as well as KRW 76,00,000 among them, from November 20, 2018 to the day of full payment.

In addition to the overall purport of the pleadings, the Plaintiff loaned KRW 76,00,000 to the Defendant around June 17, 2014, and the Defendant’s obligation to the Plaintiff for a loan to the Plaintiff is KRW 85,118,374 as of November 19, 2018 (i.e., the principal amount of KRW 76,00,000,000 and damages for delay).

Therefore, the Defendant is obligated to pay the Plaintiff damages for delay calculated at the rate of 3% per annum, which the Plaintiff seeks from November 20, 2018 to the date of full payment, with respect to the total amount of the above loans KRW 85,118,374 and the principal KRW 76,00,000, whichever is later, to the Plaintiff.

If so, the plaintiff's claim is accepted.
